We’ve invested in our compounding laboratory, equipment, processes, and staff training to remain fully compliant with current USP <795> and USP <800> standards, helping ensure the highest levels of product quality, patient safety, worker safety, and environmental protection.

As these standards have become more rigorous, many compounding pharmacies have been unable to keep pace. Moundsville Pharmacy has remained committed to meeting every requirement while continuing to provide personalized compounding solutions for our patients.

Our Team & Services

Our compounding team includes Compounding Manager Katie Kacmarik, Compounding Pharmacist Amber Conrad, and Compounding Technicians Amy and Kayla. Together, they combine years of experience with ongoing education to provide personalized medication counseling, exceptional customer service, and customized medication solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
