results from ZRT Laboratories 10-14 days following testing.
Moundsville Pharmacy will also receive a copy of your results.
Moundsville Pharmacy
will mail you a letter with a Medical History Form, letting you know we
have received your results and that Moundsville Pharmacy does offer
Individual Consults.
Please call to schedule
your hormone consult. A consultation will include a discussion of
diet and lifestyle, medical history,
medications, symptoms and hormone levels. Our goal is to help you
put the puzzle pieces together...
At your request,
Moundsville Pharmacy can prepare a letter of recommendation for you or
your physician and fax it directly to your physician office. Once
your physician reviews and approves the recommendation, you will be
ready to being therapy.
The cost of a consultation
is $65 which includes a 30-45 minutes consultation, written letter of
recommendation, and a 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, 6 month, and one year
follow-up.
